The Mudworks is a ceramics studio co-founded by artists Chantelle Duncan and Isabella Campi in St Leonards-on-Sea. Their studio focuses on small-batch, handmade ceramics that combine functionality with distinctive personal design. From beautiful hand thrown mugs to large statement platters or tiny lit-up porcelain houses and mushrooms to big noodle bowls. Their shared vision is to create ceramics that are elegant, functional and fun.
Working both collaboratively and independently, Chantelle and Isabella create ranges of work – from playful, colourful pieces to calm, minimalist forms – reflecting their different creative backgrounds and shared commitment to craftsmanship.
