The Wonder Room is full of amazing things. It is a collaboration between Mark Pulsford and Leslie Moran. Come inside to see amazing small work that puts on show their rich imaginings and techniques.
Mark brings extensive research and fearless experimentation in his exploration of past masters such as Tintoretto. His ‘Chasing the moon’ pictures exploring how seeing-by-moonlight changes the artist’s eye, and the viewer’s experience of visual art. Swan’s flight feathers are his preferred painting tools.
Leslie’s work explores the line between painting and printmaking. He uses a variety of printmaking techniques and integrates fields of colour to his prints using chine collé and painting before printing on the paper. Capturing the gaze of the viewer is his goal.
