Meet Miss Marianne North Returning to home shingle, artist Amy Fellows will be popping up in her half-boat with a new body of work inspired by Hastings-born heroine Miss Marianne North. Miss North, affectionately known as The Queen of Kew Gardens, was a Victorian explorer, independent woman and botanical artist. Following a six-month period of research, funded by Arts Council England and The National Lottery Fund, Amy’s new work is a playful take on the Victorian pastimes of pressing flowers and early cyanotype photography.

Expect appearances from old favourites, including all things naughty and nautical, in the form of handcut original collages, postcards and prints as well as brand new original works in neon spray paint and stencil.
