After numerous closures in Lockdown, I turned to art to keep me happy. The uncertainty of my retail business was a daily test of nerve, resolve and resilience and reignited my love of drawing, which saved me from the loneliness of living alone in Lockdown. I have always drawn, choosing crayons before a knife and fork as a tot. Now having turned 50, I am using art to expand the playfulness inside me. Drawing was never for FUN! I am now exploring different techniques and seeing how my style develops. In addition to my work there will also be some paintings on show by artist Tony Mono.
