Public Liability Insurance

In some cases public liability can be covered on your home insurance, but you should contact your insurer to gauge this, and confirm this with us.

We would like to encourage everyone to pay by Paypal. This enables us to clearly trace and record payments, and manage payments more efficiently. Once you have filled out the online application form for Open Studios or exhibition and event listings, you will be taken to a page to upload your image and after that, you will be directed to pay by PayPal. You will then be redirected to the PayPal login page and pay your chosen fee which is derived from your choice of size of listing. This ensures that all payments can be tracked alongside each application making the whole process a lot smoother.

If you are unable to pay by PayPal for whatever reason – don’t start filling in the form as the form won’t complete or store your details without a completed PayPal payment – instead contact us at and we can find an alternative.

We hope this covers any queries you may have. If not, please email: and we will aim to get back to you ASAP.
